About The Position

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the south Indianapolis metro area. This opportunity offers a varied general practice caseload, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and room to continue developing across medicine and surgery. Experienced veterinarians are welcome, and new graduates looking for mentorship are encouraged to explore the opportunity. This opportunity combines broad general practice medicine with flexibility, mentorship, and the ability to continue growing clinically without sacrificing autonomy. For a newer DVM, there is support to keep building confidence. For an experienced veterinarian, there is room to bring established skills, shape your caseload, and potentially explore longer-term ownership opportunities.

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Indiana veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency or developing proficiency in general medicine and surgery
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Interest in continued clinical and professional growth
• DEA licensure and USDA accreditation should be active or obtainable after hire.
