About The Position

Cerity Partners Ventures (CPV) is looking for an Associate to join our Los Angeles team — and help shape the future of corporate venture capital. CPV pioneered Venture Capital-as-a-Service (VCaaS), and today we manage 15+ corporate venture funds on behalf of industry leaders like T-Mobile, Avery Dennison, and Kellogg. Our 40+ investment professionals across six major cities work at the intersection of startup innovation and Fortune 500 strategy — a rare and powerful vantage point. This role is your entry point into that world. You'll source and evaluate startups in food & agriculture, CPG, and industrial manufacturing, building relationships with founders and helping leading corporations find their next strategic partner or investment. Most junior roles in venture capital offer limited deal exposure and slow career progression. This one is different. You'll work directly with experienced VCs, touch real deals from day one, and build relationships across a portfolio that spans some of the world's most recognized corporations and the startups disrupting their industries. CPV is a leading practice within Cerity Partners. You'll have the stability of an established platform with the energy of a growing venture team.
