Associate Vendor Management Specialist Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Any CSC Office Your Individual Responsibilities Will Include: Building and maintaining business license knowledge Researching issuing office ordinances and fee schedules Manage data systems; SharePoint, Salesforce, Client Portfolio, Knowledge Core Exceptional CLS Business License Knowledge Ability to analyze business license portfolio data Communicate with jurisdictional offices at the federal, state, county, and local level to determine licensing and additional requirements Manage high volume workload to ensure no missed deadlines Delegate assignments and tasks effectively and set deadline expectations Building and maintaining strong interdepartmental and external issuing office relationships Analyzing business processes to identify available improvements or gaps.
