The NFL Media group is seeking a TOC Operator to support live broadcast and transmission operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role performs technical and operational duties such as monitoring systems, coordinating broadcast workflows, and resolving technical facility requests. The operator is expected to have extensive knowledge of broadcast routing systems, including split routes, and familiarity with other broadcast transmission systems. The position requires understanding analog, digital, and SMPTE 2110 signal flows and troubleshooting technical issues. As the first point of escalation for broadcast and transmission issues, the operator communicates promptly and effectively with Operations and Production Management. This is an in-office position requiring onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location; remote and hybrid options are not offered. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The stated expected work is a minimum of 40 hours per week, or less as business needs permit. This is a third-party agency position: the selected individual will be employed by the agency, not the NFL. The assignment is limited in duration but may be extended by agreement between the NFL and the agency. Compensation, benefits, and other employment terms are handled by the agency. No relocation assistance is provided.
