About The Position
We are looking for Associate Trademark Watch Analyst to join our Watch Analysis team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on different trademark-watch analysis projects. Requirements
- Proficient in English (additional Italian, German or French proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook...) with an accent on Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of working experience in a business/customer-focused environment.
- Working experience with multi-tasking and balancing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to Watch customers
- Ensure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients
- Assure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfolios
- Successfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information
- Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.
