About The Position

This role will provide Total Rewards analytical support across a diverse range of disciplines – broad-based and executive compensation, equity administration, benefits and recognition. Geographic focus will primarily be United States and Canada with an emphasis on Operations (our largest employee base) as well as supporting our Westchester-based Corporate Office. Additional support of ex-North America may be assigned as capacity and needs of the business dictate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other analytical field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, e.g. making presentations and writing communications
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Adaptability and flexibility in working across multiple disciplines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with peers and others
  • Solid teamwork skills and creative problem solving

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Total Rewards (Compensation or Benefits) experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day compensation support of US and Canada Operations and Westchester-based HR Partners, including reviewing job evaluations, reviewing offers for internal equity, advising on compensation practices and leveraging market data to inform recommendations.
  • Assist in the management and analysis of the annual compensation cycle – Merit, AIP, LTI
  • Monitor and support Ingredion responses to emerging regulations and practices with ownership of related projects, such as FLSA compliance or pay transparency
  • Collaborate with Guadalajara and Kuala Lumpur Service Centers to drive process improvements, enhance collaboration and increase their understanding of Total Rewards concepts and initiatives
  • Support North America benefits team in initiatives such as Annual Enrollment, Benefits Committee prep and retirement plan audits
  • Support People, Compensation and Culture Committee materials prep, annual proxy and equity administration as necessary
  • Enhance department reporting and analysis through the review, refinement and development of existing and new tools
  • Improve collaboration and training of HRBPs on rewards processes and concepts
