About The Position

The Associate Three Meal provides friendly, timely service to hotel guests in the restaurant. The role includes greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, managing reservations and phone calls, monitoring tables, coordinating with the kitchen, processing payments, and maintaining clean, stocked service areas. The position is full-time at the Greenville Embassy Suites in Greenville, South Carolina, with compensation listed as $12.50; actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Requirements

A great attitude and ability to work as part of a team; no prior experience is required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during a shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take and deliver orders, and provide timely, friendly service.
Schedule reservations, answer phone calls, and assist with special requests or events.
Monitor assigned tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and respond to guest questions or concerns.
Process payments, ensure proper tip reporting, and close out sales at the end of the shift.
Keep service stations clean and fully stocked, and assist with resetting tables.
