About The Position

This role is for clinicians at the start of their careers who are looking for a supportive environment to build their future, not just log hours. The associate therapist will be trained in AMSR and Motivational Interviewing, with opportunities for advanced CEU programs and EMDR certification.

Requirements

Active California BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC
A foundation in trauma-informed practice
Working knowledge of DSM-5, clinical documentation, HIPAA, and California laws and ethics
Available full-time: 25 completed sessions per week with 30 calendar openings
Available at least 6 clinical hours weekly on evenings (after 4pm) and/or weekends
Available to see clients in office a minimum of 2 days per week

Responsibilities

Maintain a clinical caseload across diverse presentations.
Participate in weekly individual supervision.
Engage in group supervision and collective team learning.
Conduct trauma-informed case conceptualization, treatment planning, and utilize evidence-based interventions.
Perform biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Complete concurrent documentation that is simplified, streamlined, and fully electronic with AI-assisted QA.
