Requirements

• Current Associate AMFT, CSW, or ACMHC License from the State of Utah, DOPL
• Able to be credentialed and paneled on insurances
• Valid Utah Driver's License
• Master's Degree or higher
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with others as a team to ensure quality patient care
• Able to read, write and comprehend medical terminology
• Exhibit a professional appearance
• At least 21 years of age
• Dependable and emotionally stable

Nice To Haves

• Associate licensed therapists encouraged to apply
• Current insurance paneling a plus
• Previous Behavioral Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Psychiatry Department within a multi-disciplinary team approach to provide therapeutic interventions for patients and families referred to the clinic for various mental health related issues.
• Provide therapeutic interventions related to depression, anxiety, trauma, acceptance, and adjusting to significant life changes for individuals ranging from children, older teens, adults, and the elderly.
• Provide high quality patient care, including assessment, psycho-diagnosis, treatment planning, providing therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
• Provide group and family therapy as needed.
• Maintain personal and professional growth and development.
