About The Position

SOL Mental Health is hiring an Associate Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population while developing clinical skills and progressing toward full licensure. The role offers built-in individual and group clinical supervision, team collaboration, and a structured career path, with administrative, billing, and marketing support. Therapists may work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and other concerns, using evidence-based approaches within an integrated care model. The position is based at SOL’s Central Park office location.

Requirements

Be pre-independently licensed in Colorado and working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure.
Have experience in direct clinical care; internship experience counts.
Have strong communication skills.
Show eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.
Build clinical skills using evidence-based approaches.
Work with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and other concerns.
Participate in individual and group supervision and team collaboration.

Compensation of $50,000–$65,000+, inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical-hour-based incentives.
