About The Position

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding access to Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Mental Health Counselors (MHCs) to provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members across Massachusetts while continuing to accrue clinical experience toward independent LMHC licensure. For this opportunity, candidates must already have an established LMHC supervisor outside of Third Space who can provide the supervision required toward LMHC licensure. Third Space will provide additional clinical support and connect MHCs with our experienced independently licensed clinicians as part of our practice model. This is a part-time, hourly W-2 position based in Massachusetts.
