We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Licensed IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy. This role involves facilitating structured IOP group therapy sessions, providing individual and family therapy, completing clinical documentation, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The therapist will also participate in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards, and supporting crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary.
