About The Position

The Boeing Test & Evaluation organization is seeking an Associate Test Operations Integration Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position will support strategic integration of future work for the Test Operations & Engineering (TO&E) team by incorporating capability and capacity planning as well as work with finance focals to support Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements across all programs. This role will act as a single point of contact, for Test Operations, to the Lab Test Capabilities and work in collaboration with the Test Operations Managers and Industrial Engineering Team. They will help to resolve internal project priority conflicts and help ensure project alignment in support of Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs. The TO&E organization supports a wide variety of BT&E activities with crucial work across all of Lab Test and Flight Test and collaborates frequently with BDS programs and production operations. We support several test capabilities such as structures, electromagnetics, aero, environmental and test beds, along with internal fabrication and assembly of test hardware and assemblies. We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate solutions to a wide range of challenges, manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with leaders and team members at all levels. This team is growing and looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to execute in a dynamic work environment with a large team supporting numerous business partners spread across numerous programs/tests.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering and/or engineering project management role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Test Capability Integrators for internal work agreements and work transfers
  • Project management collaboration with business partners
  • Status focal in support of Test Operations Capital Asset Managers (CAMs)
  • Coordinate schedule requirements with Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) and Test Operations CAM
  • Assess overall project health and determine appropriate project metrics that need to be put in place
  • Identify internal/external risks, issues or opportunities to operations and track through BORIS system
  • Develop vision maps for capital planning and space utilization
  • Safety ownership and workspace standards: serve as the shop Safety Focal, lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) coordination, and sustain 5S/cleanliness to keep areas safe and test‑ready
