Medworks is seeking a driven, high-performing Associate Territory Sales Manager to support and expand our presence across the Pacific Northwest. In this hunter-focused role, you'll drive growth through capital equipment, instrumentation, and disposable product sales while building trusted partnerships with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices. Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and territory growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and influence both clinical and administrative decision-makers
  • Excellent organizational skills and CRM discipline
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to support procedural and clinical schedules
  • Ability to travel by both vehicle and air as business needs require

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, pharmaceuticals, laboratory sales, capital equipment, or clinical services
  • Experience selling into hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, or physician practices
  • Consultative sales experience involving longer and more complex sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through capital equipment and disposable product sales
  • Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and competitive account conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgical teams, nurses, administrators, and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal sales and clinical teams to identify and close opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans
  • Deliver consultative, ROI-focused product presentations and proposals
  • Provide hands-on product support and procedural assistance when needed
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity using CRM tools
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive products, and customer needs
  • Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales objectives
