About The Position

Novartis is hiring an Associate Territory Account Specialist for a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in an assigned geography. The role is focused on rheumatology and covers the Tarzana / San Luis Obispo territory. The specialist serves as the primary point of contact for accounts and health care providers, building relationships, identifying shared priorities, and connecting customers with Novartis resources to support patient outcomes. The role balances demand generation with strategic account engagement, clinical and account-based selling, access navigation, collaborative problem-solving, team coordination, and omni-channel outreach. The expected annual salary range for the Associate level is $77,000 to $143,000. Final compensation depends on factors including relevant skills and experience. Compensation also includes a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on role level, possible eligibility for annual equity awards. Eligible US employees receive health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and paid time off including vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leaves.
