About The Position

Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. They guide organizations through complex digital decisions. This role is for an Associate Technician who will be responsible for completing lab orders within the normal shift schedule, understanding and complying with Insight ISO Policies and Procedures, and following work instructions. Each person is accountable for meeting and/or exceeding individual team goals.

Requirements

High School Education or equivalent.
The ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
A basic understanding of computer operating systems.
Must possess good problem-solving skills.
Ability to adhere to tight (SLA) Service Level Agreements.
Willingness to learn on the go.

Knowledge SAP preferred

Responsibilities

Verify/Count all parts and QTYs listed on each pick list order before placing on the bench.
Continuously check ERP system to systematically unpack the order.
Follow work instructions to completion.
Notify their manager immediately of any non-conforming product and/or discrepancies in work instructions.
Responsible for shipping label creation and application to packaging.
Close out orders by recording order tracking information and other pertinent information in the system.
Maintain cleanliness of work area.
Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting any unsafe conditions.
Notify manager once work is complete to be assigned next tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
