About The Position

At Hudl, we build great teams and foster a culture where everyone feels supported. We are looking for an Associate Technical Analyst to help build our long-term vision for our products. This role will serve the needs of our Support team, acting as its voice when working with departments across our product team. We help teams from all over the world see their game differently through our products that make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience at the intersection of technology and performance (e.g., Technical Support and Implementation, or hands-on experience in Sports Science and Athlete Performance analytics).
  • Versatile communicator, able to work effectively across various teams.
  • Ability to navigate deep technical conversations with engineers and explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Inquisitive nature, with a desire to dig deeper into issues, understand root causes, and help create solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • CRM knowledge (tracking customer touchpoints and running reports).
  • Prior experience with video analysis software, recruiting platforms (like Hudl or similar), or sports camera technology.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, focusing on high-impact work while balancing long-term strategy with quick-turn execution.

Responsibilities

  • Be a go-to resource for customer-facing teams, providing answers on products and features and using problem-solving skills to help resolve issues.
  • Find creative ways to improve team workflows and processes.
  • Act as a liaison between product and customer-facing teams, providing insights to global stakeholders to help steer strategic product initiatives.
  • Operate as a data-informed leader by continuously evaluating performance, optimizing outcomes, and reporting progress.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure alignment from product release to market execution.
