About The Position

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll work in a structured special education classroom supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and learning needs. You will support students’ academic and social development, use trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff, and build strong, supportive relationships with students.

Requirements

• Age 21+
• 36 college credit hours OR eligible for substitute teaching certification
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred
• Backgrounds or interest in: Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Youth programs, direct care, or social services, Criminal justice, healthcare, or community-based work
