The Tax Associate role is responsible for income tax compliance, including the preparation of tax provisions under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Statutory reporting. This position also supports federal, state, and local tax return processes, as well as tax planning and projects. The role reports to the Senior Director, Tax and is based in the Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in-office per week, with Thursdays being a mandatory in-office day for team meetings and events, and the other two office days being flexible.
