The Associate Recruiter role could support Operations, Corporate or Early Careers and plays a vital part in building a talent pipeline by reviewing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sourcing as needed, facilitating calibrations, post-offer actions and active requisition management across multiple shifts. In addition to hands-on recruiting, this position may involve actively building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, military and professional organizations to create a robust talent pipeline. This position works closely with candidates, hiring managers, and HR. Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service are paramount. Attention to detail is critical, as the role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper documentation, utilizing AI and administering hiring policies in a fair, consistent and compliant manner.
