About The Position

The Associate Recruiter role could support Operations, Corporate or Early Careers and plays a vital part in building a talent pipeline by reviewing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sourcing as needed, facilitating calibrations, post-offer actions and active requisition management across multiple shifts. In addition to hands-on recruiting, this position may involve actively building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, military and professional organizations to create a robust talent pipeline. This position works closely with candidates, hiring managers, and HR. Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service are paramount. Attention to detail is critical, as the role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper documentation, utilizing AI and administering hiring policies in a fair, consistent and compliant manner. This role also contributes to a positive candidate and manager experience while upholding all Equal Employee Opportunity (EEO) regulations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 1 year of experience in HR or related field.
  • Standard computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and graphics creating simple queries; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up to 45% per year for career and job fairs, training and recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand the skills, capabilities, knowledge and experience needed for each role and align recruiting strategies
  • Supporting end-to-end recruiting processes for skilled hourly positions and professional roles
  • Maintaining strong external relationships to support ongoing talent pipelines including hiring events and representing the company in public events such as career and job fairs
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency in all hiring-related documentation and processes
  • Supporting interview and post-offer actions scheduling for Recruiting Specialists as needed
  • Supports other tasks, projects and priorities assigned to deliver on business outcomes
