About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialists to join our Core Work Movement Operations team in Dallas, TX. This role involves performing parts and tooling statement of work (SOW) development and analysis to support enterprise work movements. The specialist will collect, organize, and provide analytical data according to established processes to maintain compliance. They will also clarify, validate, and communicate SOW with cross-functional business partners, understand Functional Impact Analysis/Functional Support Notification for BGS-C, and comprehend business system sourcing alignment enterprise-wide. Ensuring compliance to documented policies and procedures, managing multiple concurrent deadlines, and conducting research for emergent demand, tool requests, and part number inquiries are key aspects of this position. The ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities within the process, including the impact of changes, is crucial.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience using Microsoft office products, (Excel, Office, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
