Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach, CA. This role involves coordinating activities to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g., AOG), entering, tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer material and delivery requirements for emergent escalations. The specialist will advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirements and act as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for customer hard grounded aircraft situations. The position also requires reviewing and deciphering engineering data for alternate problem resolution, supporting suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans, and assisting in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity. The specialist will assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions, using multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard grounded requirements. The role demands adaptability in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment, the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, and a self-driven approach with the capacity to ask questions in a team environment.
