About The Position

This position provides foundational coordination and support for Supply Chain operational initiatives across Piedmont Healthcare. Working under the direction of Supply Chain leadership or a senior project lead, this role assists with project documentation, meeting coordination, data collection, status tracking, communication, training logistics, and on-site implementation activities. The position supports inventory management programs, product conversions, facility onboarding, process improvement efforts, and supply chain technology initiatives. The associate role is designed for an early-career professional who can perform defined assignments, maintain accurate records, and build knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations while contributing to consistent project execution and customer support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
1 year of experience in supply chain operations, inventory control, administrative coordination, customer service, project support, data reporting, or a related field.
In lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
In lieu of degree a total of six (6) years of experience required.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare, inventory management system, ERP, or project implementation experience preferred
Healthcare supply chain experience preferred
Experience maintaining reports, trackers, presentations, meeting materials, or project documentation preferred
