As an Associate Strategy Consultant supporting a Strategy Project Team, you’ll contribute across a portfolio of enterprise‑level strategy initiatives under the guidance of project Team Leadership. You’ll help address high‑impact business challenges by conducting quantitative analyses, developing structured and compelling presentation materials, engaging with internal clients, and translating data into insights that inform strategic recommendations. In this role, you’ll work closely with Southwest’s Senior Leaders, support critical initiatives across the company, and play a hands‑on role in shaping company strategy by demonstrating curiosity, clear executive‑level communication, and the ability to contribute effectively in a dynamic, project‑based environment. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
