About The Position

This position is located at our Coca-Cola Store - Orlando (Disney Springs). The Associate Store Manager- Visual is responsible for directing all activities required to achieve business goals, including retail sales objectives, guest service, payroll, guest recovery, inventory management, and merchandise presentation. This role ensures all standards of store visual presentation, product flow, inventory control, human resources, and operational policies are maintained. The Associate Store Manager- Visual also serves as the primary store-level marketing liaison, managing and executing marketing requests and acting as the main point of contact with corporate visual and merchandising partners. They provide insights on product performance and trends to corporate teams and participate in financial and merchandising calls. Additionally, this role drives store-level sales and profitability, assists in recruiting and training store associates, and leads the store team through coaching and development. While acting as Manager on Duty (MOD), they are responsible for all aspects of store operations, including staffing, selling skills, merchandising, stock management, safety, security, and ensuring all Company standards are met. They regularly review key performance metrics with staff, perform store opening and closing procedures, and occasionally perform sales transactions. Protecting company assets is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years retail experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 2 years people management experience in the retail industry
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all standards of store visual presentation, product flow/management, inventory control, human resources, operational policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Inventory Operations Manager to ensure product is available and solve any gaps in inventory affecting the guest experience.
  • Serve as the primary store-level marketing liaison, managing and executing all marketing requests for store and bar operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with corporate visual and merchandising partners, ensuring directives are understood, executed, and feedback is shared.
  • Partner with buyers, planners, and corporate merchandising teams to provide insights on product performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Participate in monthly financial and merchandising calls, delivering actionable feedback on product sell-through, guest preferences, and assortment gaps.
  • Drive all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting and training a team of qualified, dedicated and professional store associates.
  • Lead and inspire store team through effective coaching and development support needed to create a high-performance sales team.
  • While Manager on Duty (MOD), responsible for all aspects of store operations including staffing, selling skills, merchandising, stock management, safety and security, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all Company prescribed standards are met and adhered to by all employees.
  • While Manager on Duty (MOD), regularly reviews key performance metrics with staff in order to drive profitability and service in the store.
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with Company policies.
  • Perform sales transactions (ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments, counting money) occasionally.
  • Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
  • Train hourly associates on the guest service expectations and standards of Retail & Attractions.
  • Conduct regular guest service observations and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Facilitate Retail Associate training such as New Hire Orientation, Retail sales and service, and other skill building courses.
  • Oversee a team of replenishment employees.
  • Coach and develop staff to exceed individuals' and business goals.
  • Develop staff to provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing information on the Company and merchandise.
  • Supervise floor coverage and activities, including opening and closing attraction or store as scheduled.
  • Deliver praise/on the job coaching/constructive feedback for Ambassador and Lead Ambassador teams.
  • Ensure hourly/daily/weekly labor plans are met by cross utilizing employees to cover call outs.
  • Partner with Store Manager to respond to hourly guest count by extending coverage in case of soft closure or reduction in coverage in response to low guest traffic.
  • Consistently hold self and others accountable to demonstrating and role modeling principles and behaviors of the Company to drive employee engagement and create a culture that makes Retail &Attractions a desirable place to work every day.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, members of management and ambassadors.
  • Apply retail selling skills.
  • Operate company-owned stores and attractions within payroll guidelines.
