Associate Specialist - Regulatory Affairs

In this role, you will transform complex regulatory data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership, while streamlining processes with innovative automation solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred in Business Administration, Operations, Legal, Accounting, or related fields - or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
- Minimum of two years of experience managing, processing and/or consulting on data, required
- At least three years of experience in a customer service role and/or administrative role is required
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Nice To Haves
- Insurance industry or fin-tech industry experience is preferred
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Power BI preferred
- Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform technology integration scope analysis of ServiceNow and Automation processes
- Follow directives, guidelines, and procedures around ServiceNow and Automation
- Communicate and manage expectations around technical integration lifts and impact to timelines
- Collect, analyze, and interpret regulatory and operational data to identify trends and risks
- Develop, prepare, and provide dashboards and visualizations for executive-level reporting and other key stakeholders
- Recommend process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on team needs
- Assist with training or knowledge transfer activities, as needed
- Manage workload including new implementations and ongoing support of the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance
