Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a classroom setting and/or in edtech in an educator-facing role
  • Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape, with a high-level understanding of adult learning best practices
  • Experience in working in a high-volume operations setting

Responsibilities

  • Schedule professional learning sessions with individual sites or multi-site district implementations
  • Consistently reach out to educators via email, zoom meetings, and phone calls
  • Maintain accurate session planning notes to streamline shift handoff to Resource Strategy Ops for assignment and PL Specialist for session planning
  • Support accurate record keeping within individual portfolios including updating work types to reflect recommended PL, contact information, and monitoring reconciliation to ensure accurate delivery
  • Have a working knowledge of regional and national capacity to meet scheduling demands.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PSMs, and PL Leads within individual portfolio to ensure implementation alignment. This could include implementation meetings or BOY/MOY/EOY to plan unscheduled PL sessions.
