About The Position

This role involves conducting technical tasks to support manufacturing or packaging operations, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements. The Associate Specialist will assist with diagnostic tasks, participate in equipment maintenance and repair under supervision, and build foundational knowledge of manufacturing systems. The position also requires contributing to continuous improvement efforts and embracing new digital tools and technologies, collaborating with team members on digital adoption.

Requirements

  • Education in technical fields like vocational training, technical diplomas or industry-specific equivalents
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, particularly in pharmaceutical or regulated sectors
  • Foundational knowledge of manufacturing workflows, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, and workplace safety norms
  • Ability to adopt and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical tasks such as basic equipment checks, make necessary adjustments, and perform operational duties to support smooth manufacturing or packaging operations.
  • Follow defined standard operating procedures (SOPs), adhere to safety requirements, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with routine diagnostic tasks or identify simple faults, escalating more complex problems to experienced team members for resolution.
  • Participate in activities like cleaning, calibration, test setup, or performing minor repairs under supervision to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Build foundational knowledge about manufacturing systems, tools, and production workflows to help maintain consistent output and high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing precise and insightful feedback based on daily operational experiences.
  • Is eager to build skills in, quickly adapt to, and embrace new digital tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support digital adoption within area.
