About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising and planogram development
• Merchandising background with experience/knowledge of planogram or floorplan software
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) preferred
• Basic data analysis skills a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent projects
• Analyze data and run tests/prototypes to identify business opportunities, and recommend solutions and action plans based on findings
• Use company- and customer-provided tools to support project needs, drive sales, and meet objectives
• Understand customer strategies, continuously evaluate efficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen customer relationships
• Maintain and update data in relevant systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
