About The Position

Thomson Reuters is undergoing large enterprise transformation programs to modernize Lead to Support processes. This involves onboarding commercial services through digital channels and enterprise platforms. The role requires designing the end-to-end architecture for this onboarding, ensuring alignment with the overall technology strategy, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams during the build process.

Requirements

  • A wide variety of solutions architecture experience across multiple business contexts, ideally with consulting experience at a leading IT consultancy or large corporate.
  • Solid experience with market-leading CRM and Self Service platforms, and integrating CRM to ERP, Middleware, and Web Content Management Systems.
  • Experience working with agile teams and methodologies across globally distributed teams.
  • A track record within Blue Chip clients.
  • A good understanding of AWS cloud services, specifically Lambda, API Gateway, RDS PostgreSQL, and S3.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a live architecture roadmap, defining and updating solution roadmaps for owned architecture areas, ensuring stakeholders use them for planning.
  • Ship architectural designs into transformation programs, producing designs with technology components that fit the overall technology strategy, and ensuring adoption by delivery teams.
  • Become the primary point of contact for stakeholder issues, resolving or routing roadmap and process questions from business teams, product owners, and project management without causing delays.
  • Operate within architecture governance structures, participating in the Design Authority and Solution Review boards, and ensuring solutions undergo governance review before approval.
  • Produce usable architecture artifacts, including business process, data model, system, sequence, and process flow diagrams, that are referenced by other teams during build.
