As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will occupy a foundational, highly versatile execution role. This position is vital right now because rapid software adoption and complex multi-tenant cloud ecosystems require creative engineers who can span multiple disciplines - from data analytics to systems administration. Acting as a technical "Jack/Jill of All Trades," you will dive deep into the platform's codebase, identify performance bottlenecks, and partner directly with major global corporations to guarantee absolute Enterprise-Grade Orchestration. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field with a strong academic record.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a professional environment and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for global clients.
  • Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting (includes internships, research, capstones, or consistent part-time/full-time employment).
  • A strong passion for data analysis, reverse-engineering complex workflows, and discovering how software systems interact under heavy enterprise loads.
  • Provide after business hours support for proper handoff with our other regions as needed.
  • Flexibility to provide after hours weekend support for up to 14 weeks per year - Up to 1 quarter per year working this adjusted schedule may be required (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday).

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational programming or scripting experience using languages such as Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Perl, or PHP.
  • Exposure to Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and querying structures, including MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  • Basic systems administration familiarity across Linux or Windows operating environments.
  • Proven fluency in AI and LLMs, encompassing both the strategic development of AI-powered platform capabilities and the hands-on application of AI tools to accelerate daily workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g. executive roles in student organizations, club leadership, or captaincy of team-based activities).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Interaction: Provide world-class technical support and strategic engineering guidance (both verbal and written) directly to our largest enterprise customers and global partners.
  • Diagnose & Solve Complex Problems: Dive deep into application logs, system behaviors, and unexpected anomalies to design creative, long-term technical solutions.
  • Drive Continual Platform Improvement: Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to continuously optimize the availability, speed, functionality, and security of their platform deployments.
  • Leverage Data Analytics: Analyze complex system performance telemetry, usage metrics, and transaction trends to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support Enterprise Availability: Participate in a flexible, low-frequency after-hours support rotation (approximately once every 10–15 weeks) to ensure continuous global operations.
