The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join the Government Vehicle Health Maintenance team located in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Software Engineering organization. In the Government Vehicle Health Maintenance Systems organization, our team of engineers develops, fields, and supports platform health management systems for the F/A-18, MQ-25, F-15, T-38, T-7, and proprietary platforms. Our software acquires and manages platform health and usage data, performs health and usage assessments, and recommends maintenance actions. We create and sustain products and solutions that maximize platform mission readiness and effectiveness, reduce lifecycle costs, and keep our customers safe. Successful candidates will assist in design, implement, and sustain software across all phases of the software development lifecycle to support platform health management systems. In this role, the engineer will develop applications within a CI/CD software build pipeline and work in an Agile team to acquire and manage platform health and usage data, perform automated assessments, and produce actionable maintenance recommendations that enhance readiness, reduce lifecycle cost, and promote customer safety.
