Associate Software Engineer

Garner HealthNew York, NY

About The Position

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. They apply proprietary clinical metrics across numerous specialties to a large patient dataset to identify the best-performing doctors and use incentives to guide members to the most effective care. This approach results in better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In five years, Garner has helped millions access higher-quality care and saved $1 billion in healthcare costs. The company has recently raised its Series E funding and has experienced significant growth. This role offers an opportunity to work on a problem that impacts everyone in the country by fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. and leveraging AI to scale this impact.
