Requirements

  • Candidate should have helpdesk and account provisioning experience
  • Communication with customers or external parties
  • Working knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki and Splunk is required
  • Remote management
  • Software distribution experience
  • General network troubleshooting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Financial, payments or fraud detection systems preferred
  • POS Support experience especially with Oracle Simphony preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for PED rollout
  • Ensure operational stability and minimal down time of core Retail Payment systems daily
  • Document and share the steps of resolutions
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology and store partners
  • Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
  • Ability to effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives
  • Upholds company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements
