Associate Software Engineer-Hire-to-Train Program (Pega)

You will participate in a hands-on Pega Bootcamp to quickly elevate your skills. After training, you will work on-site with our client in downtown DC 4-5 days a week, with the possibility of one remote day. You will partner with business stakeholders to develop innovative Pega applications using AI and solve government mission challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Systems required
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a desire to learn
- Must be onsite in DC 4 days a week
- Must hold Top Secret Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications that solve big problems.
- Customize and configure Pega solutions to fit unique business needs.
- Integrate Pega systems with other technologies for seamless workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and keep applications running smoothly.
- Follow coding standards and best practices to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
