About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team in Connellsville as an Associate Software Developer. The work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in logical, linear thinking (if/then).
• Ability to sustain concentrated effort for high productivity and efficiency.
• Capable of accurately following directions and working with minimal daily supervision.
• Two or more years of coding experience.
• Java and C# experience

Nice To Haves

• C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL/SSMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including automation (Power Automate), dashboards/reporting (Power BI), and application development (Power Apps) or similar tools
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations (including SharePoint), and connecting multiple systems
• High level of reliability, strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Interest in or exposure to AI-driven solutions or integrations is a plus
