Anoka County Community Social Services and Behavioral Health is committed to meeting people’s needs through quality services. We are seeking Associate Social Workers in our Disability and Aging Services (DAS) service area. The Associate Social Worker plays a key role in supporting Home and Community-Based Services (waiver programs), Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), Rule 185 Case Management, and the Family Support Grant. This position works closely with DAS Leadership, Coordinators, Case Managers, and other staff to help operationalize these programs and ensure smooth service delivery. Associate Social Workers provide administrative support as well as engage directly with individuals seeking services to gather information and follow eligibility for access to services. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills.
