Our Opportunity: Chewy is growing! We are looking for an Associate Site Merchandising Operations Manager to join our team, based in Boston/Bellevue. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the shopping experience for Chewy customers across some of the highest traffic pages onsite. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for authoring content to the site, developing and driving content playbooks that work at scale and supporting us to deliver consistent, high quality onsite customer experiences. You’ll establish and guide standard processes and methodologies for content placement and deliver recommendations for actions to improve onsite customer experience. This role requires both technical depth (site merchandising/CMS systems) and strong program management fundamentals (organization, cross-functional alignment, and clear communication). The ideal candidate thrives at connecting data to decisions and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality. To be successful in this role, you are a self-starter, critical thinker, organized, meticulous and have a talent for critiquing onsite customer experience and working in fast paced environments.
