Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. This role supports the Department of Homeland Security. The position is required to support the operations of the agency to support people within the United States. This role ensures that content remains accurate, appropriate and relevant, enabling timely implementation and avoiding rework. This position provides critical strategic support by establishing a user centric approach for the user experience through the portal. Additionally, the role supports ad hoc requests related to communications and user experience.
