Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 0–2 years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 0–1 years of experience
- Hands-on laboratory or application science experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in fragrance performance and product applications
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Home Care or Air Care formulations
- Exposure to fragrance performance testing or evaluation
- Familiarity with analytical techniques or experimental design
Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory and application work to support fragrance and technology development in Home Care and Air Care
- Design and run experiments to generate high-quality data and evaluate product performance
- Adapt testing methods and technologies to develop practical and scalable solutions
- Contribute to prototype development and innovation through testing and data generation
- Partner with Perfumery, R&D, and Innovation teams to deliver project objectives
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
- Support preparation of technical data, protocols, and samples for presentations
