About The Position

The individual will engage directly with clients, authors, and key opinion leaders, shaping scientific narratives, contributing to content development, regulatory review, and advisory board planning, while also identifying opportunities for innovation and business growth. The work directly supports strategic medical communications solutions that enhance clinical understanding and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD)
2–3+ years of experience within a medical communications agency
Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Prior experience mentoring or managing medical writers
Exposure to regulatory review processes and advisory board development
Familiarity with competitive intelligence and therapeutic landscape analysis
Experience supporting new business development or client growth initiatives

Responsibilities
