About The Position
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn from one of the best. This position will closely partner with one of our Senior Account Executives. The Associate Sales Representative supports revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and assisting in the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle. This role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling of Audio-Visual, Physical Security and IT solutions across multiple industries including commercial, education, nonprofit, and government.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Nice To Haves
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Interest in technology, AV systems, or IT solutions strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new customers through outbound calls, emails, networking, and research.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, goals, and challenges.
- Support sales meetings, demonstrations, and site walks with senior sales and technical teams.
- Learn and position AV and IT solutions such as collaboration tools, conferencing, displays, networking, and managed services.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in the CRM system.
- Build relationships with customers and internal teams to support a positive sales experience.
