About The Position

As a Surgical Technologies Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Surgical Technologies products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products. You will track territory progress, communicate findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representatives, and solve product problems for doctors, nurses, and other staff, informing them of proper use and maintenance. You will manage and maintain sample inventory and be prepared to assist customers. This role offers the opportunity to cover open territories and grow in responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
  • 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Surgical Technologies products.
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings.
  • Persuasively demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Systematically track territory progress.
  • Proactively communicate findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting.
  • Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.
  • Meticulously manage and maintain your sample inventory of products.
  • Be prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises.
  • Cover open territories, which will give you the opportunity to grow in your responsibilities.
