About The Position

The Associate Sales Representative is a customer-facing role responsible for winning business. This role operates with some autonomy and is subject to standard sales practices and procedures, with regular review of sales results. The Associate Sales Representative may be responsible for medium-sized sales territories and must reside in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1-2 years of sales experience in medical device, or capital equipment or healthcare industry preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must live in Atlanta, GA.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must be able to comply with customer vaccination mandates if applicable.

Responsibilities

Responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within Atlanta, GA metro.
Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers.
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
Has the technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
