The Associate Sales Producer is an entry-level position within HUB's structured Commercial Lines Producer Development Program. The anticipated maximum duration for the role is two years, aligning with the Producer Subsidy Program's validation period, ensuring sufficient time to develop core competencies, build a book of business, and participate in at least one full renewal cycle. From day one, the Associate Sales Producer is paired one-on-one with a senior sales professional through CNC's Internal Sales Mentorship Program — a 6-month formal engagement built around weekly meetings, structured goal-setting, and hands-on shadowing designed to accelerate growth and prepare the individual for long-term success as a Sales Producer.
