Requirements
- This position is a developmental Position for future Sales Managers.
- Must pursue a career path towards sales management and be willing to relocate for future advancement positions within Nucor.
- 5 years’ combined experience in commercial, sales, and /or marketing.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, training and direction for the sales and customer service efforts at Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa.
- Lead the Inside Sales Department.
- Coordinate with the commercial leadership team on the execution of the Plate Group strategy.
- Work with Division leadership towards setting and accomplishing the overall goals and objectives of Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa.
- Become embedded with the division leadership team in achieving business, safety, and profit objectives.
- Participate in the coaching and development of sales teammates.
- Effectively taking care of our customers by creating a focus on safety, quality, cost, service, on-time delivery and productivity.
- Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
