About The Position

Imperative Care is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to support the growth of our vascular portfolio within an assigned territory. In this field-based role, you will partner with sales leadership, physicians, and hospital teams to provide case coverage, strengthen customer relationships, support product adoption, and help grow existing and new accounts. We are considering candidates at either the Associate Sales Manager I or Associate Sales Manager II level. The selected level will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience, clinical and product knowledge, demonstrated sales capabilities, and ability to independently manage complex customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Sales or clinical experience within medical device, vascular, pharmaceutical, or a related healthcare industry.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with physicians and hospital-based clinical teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • At least one year of relevant sales or clinical experience (for Associate Sales Manager I).
  • At least five years of relevant experience (for Associate Sales Manager II).

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and sales support for existing customers and new account launches.
  • Support vascular procedures through case coverage, product education, and clinical expertise.
  • Develop strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other hospital stakeholders.
  • Help achieve quarterly sales objectives and expand utilization of Imperative Care’s product portfolio.
  • Deliver product presentations, in-services, and hands-on training for physicians and hospital staff.
  • Monitor competitive, clinical, and customer developments within the territory and communicate insights to the sales team.
  • Partner with sales leadership and Marketing on account strategies, product launches, customer programs, and territory planning.
  • Support inventory management, administrative requirements, and other account-related activities.
  • Represent Imperative Care professionally and ethically while following applicable quality, safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
