About The Position

The CircleCI Associate Rotation Program (CARP) is a 12-month program with two rotations designed for recent graduates to gain deep experience in engineering at CircleCI. This program focuses on the intersection of AI and DevOps, where participants will work on real teams, own significant projects, and contribute to production systems. The program emphasizes building critical infrastructure, advocating for the future of work with AI, and gaining hands-on experience with AI-written code at scale. Participants will rotate through core technical teams, including Platform Engineering, Product Engineering, and Data & ML Engineering, contributing to features and systems used by developers daily.
