About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate at the Harley-Davidson Corporate Retail Shop is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their purchases, and ensuring a memorable retail experience. This role involves maintaining store presentation, handling transactions, and embodying the Harley-Davidson brand in interactions with visitors.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
- Enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson and its brand culture.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist in executing promotional events and sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and brand history.
- Uphold security measures and loss prevention strategies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
