About The Position

The Associate Researcher is an entry-level position in P&G’s Researcher Track, a technical, non-management career path within its Business, Technical and Administrative (BTA) roles. Researcher Track employees apply foundational science through hands-on experimentation, data generation, detailed observations, and documentation. The specific work varies by position, and this role supports upstream durable product solutions in the Surface Care Business at P&G’s Ivorydale Technical Innovation Center. Surface Care includes products such as Swiffer and Mr. Clean and involves work with liquids, substrates, and devices. The researcher also develops claims and demonstrations, contributes to consumer insights and communication concepts, and collaborates with commercial partners. The role is suited to someone with basic science and math competency and an interest in applying those skills in a laboratory, pilot plant, or technical development setting.
